TERMS and CONDITIONS |
Minimum: Order
on Caps and Hats: 6 pieces of style number, sizes as
desired and 12 hats to place an order. Customers can
order 3 in one color and 3 in another, as long as the
style number is the same. Orders not in compliance will
be changed by our office. |
Private Label Program:
We will sew or glue your labels if you provide them to
us at an extra labor charge of $3.00 for a dozen.
Minimum order 12 dozen of a style or color. |
Damage and Return
Policy: All claims for damaged cartons, carton
shortages, and inner box shortages must be reported to
Henschel within 30 days of invoice date. All returns
must be returned to Henschel within 30 days from date of
receiving. RA#'s are required for returns |

Terms:
Strictly net 30 days, C.O.D. or credit card (AMEX,
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover), F.O.B. Sedgewickville,
MO. All orders are subject to shipping and handling
charges. A service charge of 1-½% per month on all past
due accounts. |
Price Tickets or Hang
Tags: We will attach your price tickets or hang
tags at an extra labor charge of $3.00 per dozen.
Minimum order requirements will apply. |
Returned merchandise must be
packed in the original box with packing materials.
Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of
merchandise. Returns may be subject to a restocking
charge |

Customizing:
We will customize hats for you in quantities of 24 dozen
of a style or color. Call for quotations. |
In Stock Program:
In an effort to better serve your needs, we have
established an in-stock program. Our best selling
styles are marked (*) and are available to ship within a
few days. |
Note: Cloth
Hats please add $1.00 for 2XL, $2.00 for 3XL.
Leather Hats please add $2.00 for 2XL, $4.00 for 3XL. |

markings affect the strength, quality, and
beauty of the leather.
